Placing your order with CDman has never been easier!  If you have your quotation then you're ready to get started.

To get started:

1. Order Forms: CDman's commitment is your satisfaction. To achieve this assurance please review our standard turn times page as well as how to pay for important tax and shipping details, and then review the details on ownership and anti-piracy. Once you have read and understood these 3 items please Download our easy fill order form PDF and then send the compleated forms to us via email or FAX (details inside the PDF). If you have a quote received from one of our sales staff we recommend you include a copy.

2. Artwork: We require that you are using our CDman templates and that you have reviewed our artwork specifications. Once you are ready, review your proofing options and then Upload Artwork Files.

We aim for excellence in our custom color printing, Please ensure that your artwork files are supplied on and conform to Client-supplied artwork/design files are considered to be received in ‘final form’ - this means that they are ready to manufacture as supplied with no need for modification. Once an order is created and you receive your order confirmation, resubmission of your artwork files or purchase order adjustment will result in a $38 additional processing fee. Please make secure backups of all your files before you send them to us.

3. Data Master: Because CDman utilizes factories across North America the address to send your master to will vary depending on your location. If you have begun email correspondence with us, the factory address will be found on the email quote that your sales rep sent you. If you have only received an automated web quote, there will be no address. Please submit your order forms first so we can determine the closest factory to you and then we will email you the address to send off your master. CDman requests that you provide your Master content on CD-R (for CD orders) and DVD-R or DVD+R (for DVD orders). Please contact your sales representative for Blu-Ray and other special HD formats. All client-supplied content Masters are considered to be received in ‘final form’ - this means that they are ready to manufacture as supplied. Please note that data masters are NOT normally returned since we require the source data to be available if there is a complaint on the replication process. For this reason, never send us originals. Always keep backups of your data at your end.
